Property
Aged 38, Greg left the full-time employ of newspapers and qualified to work as a commercial real estate broker. For two and a half years he joined Chalupsky Properties, under the tutelage of veteran property broker and world-famous surfski canoeist Herman Chalupsky. It was an interesting sojourn and a great learning experience.
Greg never gave up writing; he wrote and sold and let property at the same time. He returned to newspapers to take up a position as deputy editor of the Sunday Tribune, where he had previously worked in a number of capacities, including property editor. Greg is fascinated with architecture, the built environment and how spaces are best utilized.
Greg produces this property blog which is also sent out as a bi-monthly email newsletter.
